Event Project Archive and Review System (EPARS)

Event Project Archive and Review System (EPARS) is a systematic way to plan an event, improve on the plan and improve with each event. It is based on project management and is adapted for the fast moving field of events. It is not extra work – it is a way of rationally organizing and implementing the plan so it is accountable and fits with the modern risk management – without diminishing the fluidity and creativity necessary for an event.
This system is also used in training event staff and teams. It works!
